Web-Based Purchase Authorization
System
For North American Title Company
February 2002
Web Development
North American Title Company needed a system that allowed
IT and non-IT staff to submit Purchase Requests for computer
equipment, office furnishings, and promotion and consumable
items. All Purchase Requests needed to follow a specific
Approval Chain based on the type of products being requested.
Users of the system login to the secure site and create
their Purchase Request which the system then delivers
an Email Notification to first Approver(s) in the chain.
Approvers then login to the secure site after clicking
the link in the email to advance or deny the Request.
Our solution was launched in February 2002 and has been
well received within the Organization. There are currently
over 600 Users of this system. To read more about our
